This is the first time a patch really did help my knees thank you for this purchase

They help to relieve pain but tend to come off after a short amount of time

Main contents are camphor and menthol which gives a warming effect when placed at knee caps. Problem is that it is very sticky and thin so removal of the plastic covering as directed by the instructions, you will have a sticky mess adhering to itself before you can place it. you have to grab the plastic at both middle ends then place it where you want it by pulling apart the plastic ends while placing it on the knee. Takes practice.

I have knee pain and decided to try these. They did nothing for my pain and were difficult to keep on.

I have developed achy and "cracking" knee joints as a result of my military years and getting older, and I was looking for a different (natural) approach to relieving my ache and pains. Smelly/stinky ointments and needles to the joints is a no go for me. I didn't think they'd work. This is only a matter of opinion but I think these patches are a good choice. They don't numb the pain, merely help "take the edge off", and that's enough for me. Been using them for a week now and I've notice a little difference. I did not notice any "heating" effects, though. They ARE on the thin side and was somewhat nerve-racking to apply. They do stick well- at first, then began to roll when I put on clothing. Other than that, I think this is a good alternative for me. I'd rather do this than to take pills for the rest of my life :) Suggestion for application: Remove one side of the backing, apply to skin, then remove the other side and apply. It's much easier.

Did not feel any relief and did not stay on long at all.
