I love that it didn't take a long time to receive my order.Upon opening the box, I was relieved to know that it wasn't big and bulky and even better, it was super easy to use.I know that this was meant for dogs however, I got it to keep the cats out of the kitchen, pantry, and sensitive areas with breakable, and to keep them inside the house away from cars and dogs.At 1st I thought I would hate that it beeps 3 times b4 encouraging them to turn away from the direction they were headed because it allows them to go outside or to enter the unwanted areas, but before I could get discouraged, I realized that it worked and turned them away.It took them once or twice to make the connection but, I can honestly say I believe in this product 100%. I am now able to cook and place food out in the open and walk away or even sleep with food out or leave the outside door wide open without concern of the cats going near the food or the door to run off.This product (MPC150) is a must have! It even keeps our dogs away in the same manner I use it for the cats.The collars are rechargeable but the barriers use 3 AA batteries and are said to last for a reasonable length of time before having to recharge or replace the batteries. I haven't had mine long enough to need to replace or recharge yet. But so far so good.I bought extra collars and transmitters for our other pets and they were easy to pair to the original. Just be sure to have the collar near the transmitter when you 1st power it on and you're all set.I absolutely love ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ this product!

Our problem was our rescue dog who knew no boundaries where food was concerned. Whenever our attention was taken up somewhere else he would jump on the table and could eat things up very quickly. Now he hears the beep and changes direction.I had a question regarding charging the battery and I called their help number. They got back to me in a few hours.

Durable construction that is easy to: charge, adjust, and use. Collar is water resistant, but barrier is not.I had no problem adjusting the collar to fit a 20-pound dog with a 9” neck and using the barrier. However, I really prefer the ability to adjust the shock level on static shock training devices for pets.What I liked:• Durable design• Easy to adjust beep/vibration features• Adjustable collarWhat needs to be improved:• I would like to be able to adjust static shock level.

Seems to only work when we're nearby to hear the beeping. When unsupervised my dog completely ignores the beeping and static. I've tried using both lengths of prongs. If he wants to get to something like people food he'll get to it and even stay while it's beeping

This does not work on our large dog. The collar is supposed to fit a 27in neck but nope! The collar beeps efficiently when the dog is in range but the static does not phase the dog whatsoever. We have a remote control unit with a different brand that will actually help correct the dog. I wasted my money on this product buying two disks and having to recharge the collar almost daily. There are other brands that do not require the collar to be recharged. If you have a cat or small breed dog, this just might be ok.

We've tried everything to keep our dog off the couch for 2 years. Finally this did the trick! We have an Lshape couch thats 8'x8' so we put the base under the corner section so the dogs collar beeps when he gets to the couch area only. Can set the perimeter from 2' to 8' and in between depending on your needs.

Called the distributor, because collar had a problem. They shipped out a replacement immediately. And it works like a champ. Would highly recommend this product due to its performance and excellent customer service! This kind of customer service is rare, but greatly appreciated!

My dogs go into the kitchen and steal stuff , break things, jump on the couch , trash, etc when no one is around. I wanted to keep them out of the kennel though . I stumbled over this set and let me tell you! It works!! Now when we forget to turn them on- they still stay away . :)
