These are not too small but they are not full size notebooks. They are on the medium size. I would say. They are very well made and the pages are not too thick but not thin at all. My kids use them for school as Compton books. They are about the size of them. They have to have them in 2 of there classes. I also use some at home for bill keeping and one to write notes in and one to keep on the table for a handy pad. My husband uses them too for his daily tasks and to keep a log of items he has. They are very useful and handy to have. They was 4or5 of each color I can’t remember exactly how many of each color but the colors it came in were. burgundy, green, blue, black, red and brown. They have a thick hard cardboard front and back cover. I definitely recommend these because they well made and each notebook has a lot of paper they are the perfect size to put in your purse when you’re shopping and easy to carry around not too big and not too small just the right size for everything really what’s not to like about these notebooks they are priced very reasonable too. They are a great buy.

These don't hold up well to gel pen ink - they bleed through the pages a little (although within reasonable margins) but when you go to fill in the bubbles on the top it pulls the existing ink right off.Other than that I love these journals for helping me plan out scents for my candle business!

This journal pack is perfect. My kids each took one for note taking in their rooms. I use them for work, food journaling, errands lists, and many more. The hard cover is durable and the size of the lines inside are standard size.

I've tried several different notebooks of this size, but this one comes up the overall winner because:1) The cover is durable without being too thick. It feels like PVC coated cardstock.2) The cover's deep colors are gender neutral and attractive. There are no unsightly logos, instead offering a blank canvas for personalizing.3) The covers and pages flip easily without catching in the spiral binding.4) There are only 60 sheets per notebook. This both reduces bulk and makes more sense for single purpose use - e.g. trip planning, class notes, Bible study, journaling etc.5) The sheets are a nice weight, have college ruled lines, and designated spots for date, weekday and weather.I truly love these notebooks and highly recommend them if you are in need of a notebook this size.Easily 5 Stars.

Pages are nice and thick. No bleed through issues with heavy inks. The pages have a spot to date, make a memo and also mark the day of the week in. Gives a daily journal feel and I like it. Makes organizing notes or thoughts a lot since it already has roomy for the extra things that help you keep track.

I use journals for many different things. These are great because they are easily customizable for whatever you desire. They are neutral in coloring which I find look more sophisticated on my bookshelf. The covers are flexible but seem durable. The paper is lightweight but not cheap. There is a small discrete section on the top of each sheet to note the day and weather. Overall pretty standard journals.

The cover appears to be made of some thick card stock with good sizing and a matte finish that is attractive and does not show fingerprints. Rounding the corners of the covers and the pages is a welcome touch. The wire binding is maybe not the sturdiest I’ve seen, but for this type of notebook it seems good enough. The off-white cream color paper is very nice, thick enough, and it takes ink well. I testing it with my usual barrage of a ballpoint pen and two fountain pens with different inks. It took them all with virtually no show through, no feathering, and no bleed through.

I picked these up because I need to take some notes for some studying. I thought these were normal size notebooks. That was my mistake. These are A5 Journal size. Smaller than a notebook. That is the only issue I have with these. And that is really my fault for not paying attention. I just bring it up, so you know right away. Besides that, these will work great for what I need. They have a nice stiff cover. The paper didn't really smudge. I like these and recommend them.
