Wrong Letter delivered

my husband order this keychain for me. when i see the image on amazon i was like this would not be extra ordinary. but when i received the order physically the quality is out of ranking. i dont have words to describe how much i love the product. the quality finishing everything was tooo good. i just loved the product.i got thank you card with velvet pouch and that is the cherry on the cake.
