I found these at the right time. I ran out of my normal brand and the local store closed. I thought I would try these and they work just the same. I am not hungry or have sugar cravings about 45 min after.

This came with two 90 capsule bottles -- that's a 6 month supply with the serving size of 1 capsule per day!I just started taking them and have not seen any negative side effects. The capsules are an okay size for swallowing and tasteless.We'll see about the side effects.No source information on the bottles.

While I understand that Berberine may not be grown in the USA I would hope the product would be manfactured in the USA. Typical, medium+ capsules, tasteless and no any side effects for me. Supplements become more commodity with many sellers probably taking it from the same source. A lot of typical label warnings but surprisingly, no information about source.

These are an overall good berberine supplement. They are good quality and a good value. I’d buy these again and would recommend them to anyone interested in them.
