These are really a nice size, and so good for hands and forearms
I now have the 1, 2, and 3-pound balls, and they are so useful for my clients. Exercises are so effective, and they are actually more helpful than regular dumbbells for specific movements like shoulder press and wrist exercises. The size helps you use the whole palm to hold on rather than mostly the fingers, which is what you use to hold dumbbells.

Not really a ball
I received this and it was misshapen - ok, I thought I could just "shape" it. Nope. It's not a huge issue, but it does leave it lopsided. If you are looking for a round ball, skip this. I would not recommend it to anyone, but I won't return it. It still can serve its purpose.
