To remedy this, MAVEN ND Filters identifies the strength of each filter using specific colors. Our 3 Stop ND filter is RED to match the Video Record Icon. Therefore, use as a 3 Stop filter is commonly needed in video recording outside. All MAVEN Neutral density filters are guaranteed to score a rating of Tier 1, meaning there is no visible color shift. This increases your workflow speed by not needing to color correct in post. In addition, Each filter has its own tactile identifier, so you can not only see, but feel the difference between each filter. Taking it a step further, each MAVEN ND filter features 16 layers of MRC (multi resistant coating) as well as a hydrophobic nano particle layer to repel water.
