During installation one main item was missing .Contacted the maker and without any hesitation he sent the part the same day by air freight .after receiving the part pending installation was done .Contacted the maker he totally helped me in setting up the lock with finger print sensor and password. Guess 1st time I've received such an xlent service . Really wish more such ppl do exist.
