BABOR Perfect Glow, Serum Ampullen für das Gesicht, Mit Glow Pigmenten für einen strahlenden Teint, Vegane Formel, Ampoule Concentrates, 7 x 3 ml

I LOVE this product. Each ampule gives you enough application so you can apply to your face, neck, and décolleté. It smells nice but not overpowering. My skin immediately appears and feels more hydrated, glowy, and soft. I use at least twice a week and would use it every night as my moisturizer if it weren’t for the cost. This was my “gateway” product to Babor and I’m a huge fan of the brand and other products I’ve tried.

I've ordered other Babor ampoules and they have come in a plastic wrapped box or very stiff box with a serrated way to open it. This one did not. The box was wrinkled, not in plastic, and the serrated aspect ALL Babor ampoule varieties come in, was NOT in tact. The ampoules were in tact. I mean, they are glass, they'd be spilled if they weren't but I don't buy opened products and I don't feel differently about doing so, now. It seemed to me that the product was old and perhaps used as a display item (?). Not, impressed, given the price. I really need to read reviews very carefully before purchasing. Many times, I think, in light of bad reviews, the Seller would work out the issue by the time I order, given the date on reviews.Anyway, one thing I really don't like about this series of ampoule products is that there is no expiry date and in Canada, if there is no expiry date, we see a little opened bottle with something like "12M" on the back of a product in the right hand corner. This tells people that when opened, the product is only effective/safe/unspoiled for that period of time, and in my example, that would be 12 months. Not sure if I want to continue ordering these or not. One bad experience and one good one with the "peptide" variety of ampoule. The price is very high and I have found many more inexpensive brands with simple yet very effective ingredients and results, that I am probably not supposed to name, here.Update: I have broken open one of these ampoules and it totally stinks and looks a bit clumpy so since the box WAS opened and there is no expiry date or even a production date, probably not a good idea to risk screwing up my face. Given all this, how am I supposed to know if the product is still usable and can deliver what it promises. If the Seller is reading this, please, you need to send people NEW products and prove that they are since you are a stranger. Would be very noble to reach out to people that feel they have been ripped off. Yes, Sellers at Amazon have done that, for me, and many others, and their businesses are thriving because they showed that care. They want people to like their products, see?If you want to try these ampoules, my advice is: please do not order this one. I think you will get a bad product and either be out money or will have to waste life time returning it and getting refunded. I despise drama so I will probably just leave this review and not buy again. Sellers can't exist on 'first time buyers' so I hope that is true of this one and I think that is what I will be because I can not risk losing anymore money I work very hard for on something that may or may not be garbage--others seem to agree that their product was not acceptable and didn't look right. The refunding part not really a problem at Amazon because Amazon makes that easy because Amazon is a guaranteed platform, even taking the 'fall' for 3rd party Sellers sneaking VERY inflated shipping fees. It's the time to return something that a person paid for and put time into and now has to put more life time into NOT having it when the only goal was to get a product that was new, not opened, used, and to apply it to get the effects promised by the advert. A lot of time and drama for nothing, in the end.Also, and I only mention this in case it can help people NOT cut themselves and get the most out of this pricey product: if you are going to use the top provided to break open the ampoule, make sure after you shake it, you tap it downwards several times on your hand until you can't see any product in the neck that is going to be broken off and discarded. I didn't do this the first time and DID opt for the top provided to open it, since I WAS afraid I'd cut myself, and I found that a lot of serum actually can get thrown out if it gets trapped in that part you are supposed to discard. I actually tried to get it out and cut myself, anywayz--lol. Be very careful, because in using another type of ampoule, the little top given to break the ampoule kind of cracked in a weird way, and so there was broken glass IN that top. The first one I used did just fall right out. Long-winded point, even longer: just, be careful because the glass is very sharp and also be careful putting it in your recycle bin or garbage, since I envision some people (including, me) forgetting it is there, and then getting a big cut on the hand.Happy shopping, everyone :3.
