Do not purchase
The media could not be loaded. It worked great for a few months. Then it slowly started to make a lot of noise when opening. Now it turns green to show that the print is correct but doesn’t open :(See video.If the manufacturer wants to let me return in and give me a refund.. that seems like the right thing to do.

Great child lock
We used this on an interior door to keep kids out of a room where my husband works with a lot of technical products. It has made life so much less stressful! Those who need access have it and all others.. KEEP OUT. Perfect solution. We did have trouble with the first handle we received- it was defective. But, second one worked like a charm. Hopefully it continues to!

EASY & SECURE
I never write reviews but I honestly am really impressed with the quality of this lock! I was hesitant to get it at first because I was worried installing it would be challenging but it was honestly super easy & quick. The fingerprint reader is effective & fast and I love how the door auto-locks after 5 seconds. It also looks amazing as well.

Piece of crap. Save your time look elsewhere!!
ZERO rating. Doesn’t deserve any star. So frustrating. The other negative reviews are so true. This is the second time I ordered this door lock. The first one didn’t work. Tried to order another one as it might just be a factory defect. Boom still Total waste of time. This should not be listed in Amazon. What a shame!

Bit difficult to install
It was a bit difficult to install since the key cutout had rounded corners and this unit has square corners.Not a big issue just need to be aware that one has to cut out some wood to install.The manual had some key pieces missing, see attached photo.Once install it works like a charm. Good solid handle.
