The product works as described and it’s comfortable. The adhesive works well and stays in place. I’ve noticed improvement in my sleep. I also liked that it’s easy to remove in the mornings.

I have used first s CPAP then an APAP for 20 years. Because I’m a mouth breather (and snorer), I’ve tried many masks , some along with chin straps (which I tried and hated - many different brands). Now I’ve been using a full face mask for several years, trying to get rid of the chin straps. My scores are bletter, but I’ve continued to have many leaks, causing an empty water tank, very dry mouth. After seeing these mouth tapes online, I ordered a month’s supply. 1. At first I had a terrible time trying to peel off the backing. THE TRICK IS TO HOLD EACH ENLD, FOLD IT BRIEFLY IN HALF, open again and pull on the ends. It pulls apart just a little and is then very easy to peal.2. It is just the right size for my mouth and has never yet come off.3. Perl off slowly in the morning.4. Save it to uses at least once again.I’m reserving judgement till I’ve used it longer to be sure it doesn’t damage my skin, as I am 82 and my skin may become more vulnerable as I age more. But,so far, I’m very content and may go back to the nasal mask once again. My water tank is no longer empty, I’m not snoring or mouth breathing. I know I’ll never get rid of my machine, because the main point is to have the positive be air pressure always going to keep my airways open because if my sleep apne

This did not help with my loud snoring. The adhesive is strong but easy to remove. If you need it to stop dry mouth or mouth breathing then it's great. Use without a CPAP machine does not stop it minimize loud snoring.

I am getting good sleep with this product; however, it is difficult to remove. The instructions say to wash and dry skin before applying; however, last night i put moisturizer on my face and used lots of lip balm. It was still hard to get off. Both times I have used it, I applied a warm, wet washcloth to my face but it didn't seem to help much. Tonight I may use my moisturizer immediately before applying the tape, hoping it will be easier to remove. The adhesive worked.....too well.

Non returnable, but they made it right for me. Hurt to take off, like really hurt!! It's super sticky, but I can see it working well on facial hair.

These work just fine. Not too big and not too small. No hole in the middle so that's good.If you're careful with it, you can easily get 2 night's use, therefore stretching your dollar.

Didn't work for my husband, but so far nothing but the CPAP machine has. He buts every gadget he sees trying to find something.

My husband says I snore occasionally, and I’ve been extra fatigued the last few weeks. I ordered these and they arrived on Tuesday. I tried them out Tuesday night, and aside from being told I look like a sad clown, I was very happy with the results. It was a bit of an adjustment, but breathing only through my nose was relaxing. I did not wake up during the night. In the morning I woke up and didn’t feel as tired as usual. I’ve continued using them the rest of the week and definitely feel a difference. I still get a bit tired at work around 3 pm but I’m going to see if that subsides a bit as time goes on.The adhesive is strong but it was not painful to remove. I did take it off briefly to see how it re-adheres and it was still sticky and secure. I did wash and moisturize my face before applying (using Eucerin)For myself, not having to use melatonin or another sleep aid is great. These are easy to pack for travel and I’m planning to continue to use.
