Q: The bottom of the hydraulic lift, the bracket does not fit into the space as instructed to attach. Any solution on your end? Maybe wrong hydraulic?

I asked support over the course of a month, but they did not provide a resolution for this.

Q: does it work with a round pole?

Yes, our Spalding U-Turn Lift System is compatible with 3.5" round poles.

Q: Missing 3/4 inch nuts to mount the backboard. Are they included with backboard or elevator system?
