Perfectly sized product
I wanted a filtering water dispenser, but the other brand names were both too big and too expensive. This product offered similar results with less cost and takes up less space on my limited countertop. It was easy to assemble and the water tastes great. So happy with this purchase!

Easy peasy!
It was very easy to assemble. Easy to use via gravity and looks classy. Clean water means so much here. Good product!(I wrote all this before locating a leak coming from where the 2 main parts meet. Will be reassembling....

Water filter
This is a nice filter. I got it to filter out the chlorine and floride in my water. It looks good and works well, I just didn't realize that you couldn't fill the top full while the bottom is full. The filter leaks out the the connecting middle when both top and bottom are full. I didn't see any warning of that in the brochure. Otherwise it's great.
