Good thing there's a lot.
Don't put the buttons away just yet, you're not done. A few will pop off, but once you replace them, they work pretty well.

I can't seem to figure these out
They are hard to use and they don't seem to bend to grasp the pieces they are supposed to. Pearl to top snap is fine. Its the bottom that is hard. Might just buy better ones at hobby lobby now.

Lots of waste, not easy to use
I bought this to add snaps to my handmade hanging towels. I have wasted so many...the part with the prongs does not easily go into the slotted piece. It's hard to press, even in thin fabric. The tiny pieces do not stay in the slots and are not held by the rubber ring after the first use. Will not be reordering...
