I bought L with 34 long leg. I'm a 36 waist and 36 inside leg. These are very roomy, basically over-trousers, but the length is good. While seated on a bicycle they cover my ankles with my knee bent - that's a big plus. Because they're so roomy I'll be buying velcro straps for my ankles and calves to keep the trousers away from the moving parts on the bike.The material is good (a sort of woven outer) but really noisy for walking about.I wore these cycling in muddy puddles off road and got full protection from heavy splashes. Not yet tried riding in rain.A couple of things that would really improve these...• A zipped pocket SOMEWHERE - inside even. They have NO pockets which seems pretty odd and is definitely inconvenient.• Some means of fastening the lower leg/ankle so they can be adjusted for a tighter fit if you aren't wearing big boots.

Even after viewing the size chart I wasn’t sure which size to order so went for medium. I’m 5ft 9 inches tall, weigh 11st. and have a 32 inch waste. The medium fit me great over my trousers both around the waste and in the length. They’re not too baggy yet give me room to move It doesn’t matter what size feet you have, you’ll get these waterproofs on and off without needing to remove your boots. The trousers have leg zips which open to above the knee, and press stud fastenings on flaps which cover the zips when fastened. The trousers are lined and comfortable to wear and although I haven’t yet had the chance to wear them in the extreme highland weather we have here, I will update this review when the trousers have been tested. If they perform as well as they look, I’ll be delighted.

Ripstop rain pants are well made , with a near full length zip and press stud fastening complete with over zip cover on the legs. The elastic waistband has an additional draw string for holding up . I purchased X large short fit (30") to ensure a fit over padded jeans the fit is good and comfortable, the leg zips make putting on over boots easy.The one fault I can see is the leg lengh is longer than stated it is nearer 33" than 30" this may be something Mountain Warehouse should look into to ensure 5 🌟 next time

I got these a couple of weeks ago and it has rained a lot since. They do really well in heavy rain - properly waterproof. My only complaint is that although they do "breathe" they have two layers and they are very warm indeed. They're OK below 10C in jeans, but much above 12-14 and I started to overheat. It means I need another pair for summer.

Bought 4 different sizes in Regular to find the right one. Hyper long and extra large, something really wrong with the sizing. But happy as I found the right one and it is good quality.

I love the trousers. Bigger than expected fit but workable. To be honest it wasn't worth the cost to return when a pair of braces will assist with keeping them in place. No side pocket openings either which is a tad inconvenient but again workable as I'll have to use the pockets of my jacket instead. I love how far they unzip up the legs too. Makes for easy dressing without removing your boots. 5000mm hydrostatic head waterproof is a definite plus too.

Did just what I needed

The trousers were bought for my husband. They fit fine and were great when we had all that snow however really disappointed they don't have any pockets! I didnt realise this at the time I bought them.
