Recent ankle injury to my tendon I can hand on heart confirm it does the job. Helped the pain. Thick quality and holds the ankle very well. Doesn't come off easy, nice and roomy and had a compact bag to store it In he freezer!

I purchased these as had a planned ankle arthroscopy coming up.They massively helped with my recovery, they’re a good fit, wrap the whole ankle, freeze quite quickly and hold a cold temperature for a good 20mins or so.Nothing helped my pain relief quick like that feeling of getting the ice on it.The inside plastic can almost be a tiny bit too cold on your skin, particularly if you have scarring or keyhole wounds etc, so I lined with a piece of kitchen roll.One minor change that would make a huge improvement would be to add a little elastic in the Velcro strap… The whole thing is quite stiff when it comes out the freezer, but as it thaws it relaxes and rounds around your ankle better, the result is it actually gets looser and creates little gaps between it and the skin. A little elastic would keep the strap tight and fit snug, ensuring constant skin contact all round.

Works brilliantly! Well made and sturdy. Velcro strap allows you to adjust to your foot. It’s very cold so I found wearing a thin cotton sock made it more comfortable. I have heel pain and when it becomes too bad I put the pack on. It stays cold for a good 30 minutes and brings lovely relief. Wouldn’t be without it now.

I purchased the dual pack, size 14x8x14.5cm and it fitted my broad size 12 foot perfectly. Fit was good all the way around the ankle and the gel pack provided even cooling all the way around the heel and ankle. I found the best way to fit is to sit down and put the pack in the right position and secure with the Velcro strap, then stand up so that your ankle and heel settle in to the gel pack and then tighten up the fit.I placed my packs in the freeze as soon as they arrived and they were ready for use 2 hours later. The packs provide the recommended 20 minutes of cooling without any problem. The all-round cooling provides great relief for a sprained ankle. Way better than using a bag of peas and you can walk around whilst still wearing these.Great value for money and the 2-pack enables me to rotate the use of them.

This is the coldest ice pack I’ve ever used and fits well round my ankle. A first aid essential! It’s plus fleece on outside but inside it’s wipe clean plastic so stays hygienic too.

Great fit around the ankle and heels and not any fuss using frozen peas and holding in position. Could also adapt to knee/elbow if you wanted. Really great and can keep stored/protected in fridge or freezer.

Fits ankle well, but only issue is that it doesn't stay cold for more than a couple minutes

I am a 9.5 Shoe Size UK Male, and it fits me well with still some space in case of swelling. It comes with a small case to keep in the freezer and is a class act. I am a mature tennis player and found it super useful for some minor aches and pains to keep me going...Very well designed and worth the money.

Comfortable, puts the cold right where it’s needed and stays in place. Sturdy and think it should last a long time. Without strapping it you can even cup it over your knee while sitting. Probably even rest an elbow in it if that’s a needy area. This is a winner and comes with its own freezer safe bag.

Wraps well around the ankle

A 4 star only because a full enclosure would have been more beneficial. Otherwise, works great to reduce swelling. Would recommend.

I purchased it because of a lot of swelling in my foot after a surgery. It fit well and allowed me walk with it on if I needed to. It got extremely cold so just wearing a thin sock allows you to wear it for a longer period of time.
