I had high hopes for it but, alas, not much different than a supermarket ham. In my opinion, not worth the money.

Advertised as 3 lbs. but was much smaller and certainly not enough for 6 people. Went to local grocery store and bought a Niman Ranch spiral ham.

I had a major "user error" issue with our ham. I certainly wish I was able to enjoy this ham because I read reviews and saw a TV program stating this was the best ham they have had.Unfortunately, I set the ham to cook in our roaster and inserted our meat thermometer probe. It lead to our thermometer readout on the counter. After four hours in the roaster I just couldn't understand why it was still only 76-degrees. Turns out, someone had flipped my thermometer to Celsius. So, it was actually 190 and dry as a bone.There was still some decent parts to the ham which tasted good, but I was quite disappointed that I had overcooked it. It also didn't help that I botched the included "glaze" and so I had to try to make my own as well.I was very sad that I spent $80 on a ham that I ruined and likely won't have the money to try that again.

I sent it as a gift and it was not great according to my family that I sent it to. I love ham and would have loved to try it for myself.

We gave 4 for Christmas to relatives in 4 different cities. All the family loved it. Great ham. Only problem is that the gift is not identified when they receive it. One family immediately froze it in case it was a "terrorist bomb." Weird family? Well... maybe just overly cautious.

The spiral sliced ham was delicious. Everything I hoped it would be. Feasted on the ham Christmas Day and for the next 3 days. Served in breakfast casserole, flavored mess o’greens, sandwiches, appeared in green beans, and last but not least garbanzo bean soup.

The very best; I won't buy another brand. Absolute perfection. Family enjoyed the quality taste and moisture. I ordered for Christmas dinner and it arrived in time...in an insulated container. Grateful for that extra touch. Delicious.
