The loop that the necklace runs through already broke off. It's such a nice necklace, but unfortunate that it broke.

I love it. It is beauitful. Came with a bunch of extra pads. I think I saw some reviews about the clasp on the chain so I including a photo of that but it's beautiful. Feels like it is built well and I think it's well worth the price.

Item arrived in good condition, but not as nice as another brand I also purchased. It would be better if more colors came with the felt choices. The chain is nice but the extender looks second rate and cheapens the look of the chain. I wouldn’t buy this item again.

I bought one for my secret Santa and hinted to my husband to get one for myself. It comes with more than enough inserts. I like choosing colors that complement my shirts. I think it is the perfect size with the ability to adjust, but my secret Santa is looking to get a smaller chain. I like being able to pick it up and smell it through out the day. While a smaller chain would be ideal, I can still use it.

I bought this for my daughter to wear at school for her anxiety. I LOVE the idea of it and the words on it, but the chain is too long, it’s pretty heavy and they only gave me green, blue, yellow, and white felt piece to put in the necklace. My daughter was wanting the pink, purple, red…but that wasn’t given to us. Also, the chain ended up breaking after a few times of wear. Overall, not the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon.

So I ordered this as part of a Christmas gift for a cousin of mine that has a diffuser and loves essential oils. I figured this would be a nice addition to her little collection of essential oils products, and bought it for her.The necklace arrived on time and everything was packaged very nicely. The chain and pendant were separate so nothing got tangled, which was nice. The bag the necklace came in is very soft, like a velvet, and a beautiful color. I don’t think it’ll hold all of the colored circles that go in the pendant, but it’ll hold enough if she wanted to take some with her whether on a week long trip or just overnight somewhere. The opening/closing mechanism is good. It’s got a strong magnet that keeps it closed and it doesn’t open constantly, but it isn’t so strong that it is hard to open when you want to changed colored felt circles. The engraving on both the front and back is gorgeous and doesn’t have any flaws I’ve noticed. I did see the back of the necklace seems a little dirty, but that is an easy fix and doesn’t affect it at all. I’m extremely with this purchase and can’t wait to gift this to my cousin!

I’m surprised at the weight. The engraving is clear and legible. The front displays the cross which stands out based on the color of the pad used for the essential oil.
