The cabinet was easy to assemble but I would say the instructions weren't perfect, still we were able to get it set up. The quality is on par with other cabinets I have bought from Amazon. There is ample space to store cleaning supples, extra toilet paper and towels. I like that it has a little door on one side. I keep all my feminine products hidden so its out of view from guest when they enter my bathroom. You can build it in another room then add it to your bathroom if you don't have enough space in bathroom to build, just keep in mind the small piece that goes behind your toilet.
