Alexa functionality and reliability is great, but the large form factor is a huge negative.
It was relatively simple to set up and pair with my Echo Dot. After installing the Smart Life skill, which is needed to operate this product with Alexa, turning the outlet on and off was effortless. Additionally, it is relatively sturdy, built with quality plastics. One thing I really like about this outlet is that it automatically reconnects to my Echo dot and the third party smart app even if my Wi-Fi network goes down or if my Echo dot gets disconnected. I do not have to deal with the hassle of trying to set up the outlet over again with my network.However, I do have one major issue with this product. For one, this outlet is rather bulky and uses a very large form factor plug in comparison to all the other competing products in the market. When smart plugs first came out, this may have been acceptable, but there are now many plugs out there that are much smaller and cheaper than this. As much as I like the features offered by this product, these are huge negatives. It's relatively large size means that it will prevent you from utilizing the socket above or below it if you have another device that has a larger plug, such as a modem or a video game console. In my case, I had to move the plug to the last socket on my power strip and figure out how to order all my plugs just to accommodate all the other devices utilizing the same strip.As a side note, the packaging for this product is very inadequate. It was crammed into a small, thin white box without any sort of protective padding or seal to prevent rain from possibly damaging the product while en route to the buyer. My box was really damp since it was delivered to me while it was raining outside. Luckily, it did not appear to suffer any rain damage and works fine.Overall, it is a well-functioning product. It works well with my Echo dot, and it does everything it claims to do. With its large size and current price point, however, it is very difficult to recommend this item over other smart plugs currently being sold in the market.

Broke in a few months
Was great... when it worked. After a couple months, the plug stopped giving power to any devices plugged in. I could still control it on/off, but the plugged in device would always be off.

Easy, works with Alexa. One was defective.
I ordered two of these. One intermittently drops connection, the other works perfectly in the same outlet with the same lamp plugged into it.The setup was easy and it works great with Alexa.

Tried several times to hook up. F that!

These things are cheap and will last less than a month
Lasted me less than a month until,one of them gave out. With the many choices that are out there, I believe that your money is better spent somewhere else.
