You’ll need more utensils but it works!
I was very skeptical when I saw the bag but it worked out, all I say is you might have to get more utensils. I bought the cupcake holder, table cloth, and goodie bags somewhere else but has plenty of stuff to make a cute back drop.

Make sure to stretch the Ballons before inflating them. We lost 15-20 that popped but still was enough to make the arch work. We only got one foil balloon and not the 4 on the description.
