These oatcakes have a fine, crumbly texture, and a lovely well-balanced flavor. Not a hint of chewiness or bitterness/sourness that you sometimes get with oatcakes. I like them with a thin slice of good cheddar, or raspberry jam or honey, or even on their own. Having been in the US for a few years, I'm getting cravings for them...!
