The foods I intended to can with this canning kit went bad prior to my attempting to use this kit....so take this review with a grain of salt.The kit appears to be decent quality. The pot is HUGE! But that's the point isn't it. I specifically purchased this kit for the stainless steel (vs granite-type pot in other kits) pot as I often make my own pasta sauce from scratch, and in doing so, I make A LOT so I needed a big a*s pot...so I wasn't using the 2 smaller stockpot anymore. I'm a big fan of multipurpose kitchenware. Will try to remember to update once I've used this kit. The accessories seem to be of decent quality as well, they each have a decent amount of heft -for what they are. Take that for what it is.

This pot is very nice and fits my glass top stove nicely. I like that you can stack your jars, if you have an additional rack, for large batch canning also. Plus, the accessories that come with it are an added bonus.

Great product! Had everything I needed to do the job! Easy to clean, easy to use

The basket that holds the jars is very inconvenient. Almost impossible to pull basket up with full jars. The design is ridiculous.
