Great texture for artists looking for grip, & easy flawless application.
All I can say is wow. I came from using a matte film soft screen protector for my iPad Pro (which i mainly use for media consumption and drawing) and i loved my matte film protector. However, this is about 10x better than that film.My previous screen protector started lifting at the edges because of my iPad case. I got fed up with looking at the folds (seriously, why don’t they make those case proof?) and ordered this Bisen Matte glass protector. I was skeptical about how matte it would truly be since it’s glass, but trust me, it’s beautiful!TEXTURE FOR ARTISTS:The texture is soft, but not too rough like some matte protectors. It is almost like silk to the touch. The grain on the screen is 50% less than the grain from a flimsy matte screen protector. The texture is great, feels like drawing on paper with an Apple Pencil. For those looking for a stronger matte screen protector to do art on, this is your choice!TO INSTALL:Install in your bathroom! This makes it easy to avoid bubbles. What you do is turn your shower on with hot water until the room is filled with steam. The steam will prevent dust from flying around in the air and off your face. Then use the wet cloth (included) and dry it with the dry cloth. After you have dried it, use the dust absorber sticker to pick up all of the visible particles that will be left on the screen from the dry screen protector. Place the guide stickers on both ends of the iPad (top and bottom to use like handles). Carefully pull off the film from your glass screen protector, and use the two handles you made to place it down gently.FOR THOSE COMPLAINING ABOUT BUBBLES:I had some air pockets when i installed mine. All i had to do was take a sturdier credit card and *SLOWLY* push the bubble toward the side. If you lightly go over it /quickly go over it, it will stay and the air won’t suction out. You have to put a decent amount of pressure and move it veryyyy slowly across the screen and the bubble WILL GO AWAY.I left such an extensive review because i am so impressed with this product.

But I draw on my ipad and the texture is super comfortable, it feels like a Wacom tablet
I’ve had matte screens before, and they will always have some color noise and it will lower the visual quality. But I draw on my ipad and the texture is super comfortable, it feels like a Wacom tablet. The application was easy with this glass screen too. No bubbles, no hassle.

Not recommended if you use your iPad Pro to draw
I use Procreate on my iPad Pro, and this screen protector messed things up. For some reason it interferes with the apple pencil and makes it create wavy lines if you move the pencil slowly. It's really enerving. So I had to remove the screen protector.I've read that's common with several screen protectors, but I also read that this one didn't have that problem. Wrong, it does.Every other aspect of this thing was perfect. It made the surface of the ipad have a great texture for drawing. It was easy to apply, and came with all the needed tools to easily install it. It was great in all aspects, except that it messed with my lines. So, in conclusion: it's a great screen protector if you don't mind it interfering with the line quality in your apple Pencil.

Just apply and start working. Skip burnishing tiny defects, or buy two ‘cuase you’ll break
Much like the screen protector reviewed a few minutes ago by “Glass Screen Pro” for my Surface Pro 4, the Bisen item is both 9H hard and low reflection matte finish. The hinge application method seems to work well for none flexible screen material. This time two small areas did not seal perfectly. They looked like a 1/8” and 3/16” squiggle. Bother we’re on the touch surface. The minor problem was cosmetic and very small. The screen showed no difference in sensitivity when the screen was manipulated. Both in transit through the points or even when contact initiated there the response was consistent. This was mounted on a Apple iPad 10.5”. These have a very sensitive touch screen, but uniform. I could not leave the defects alone, as a normal person would. So using a credit card with aggressive squeege motion the spots were finally despenced with. (It was effective, but was expecting to destroy it.) I do not recommend the fix, but have relatively moderate ADHD not always leaving me free to be prudent.

Unresponsive Seller and Subpar product
I’ve had it for a couple months. It is anti-glare, but the screen quality isn’t the greatest after you install the protector. It is not anti-fingerprint—it gets fingerprints so often, I keep a microfiber cloth with it and have to wipe down every other day. I bought this in November 2018 and despite the aforementioned, I never had an issue with it until recently. I don’t know if it was because of weather or what, but the screen scratched after I put it in my bag. I don’t know exactly how it scratched. I have never dropped my iPad. I do not have it in a thick case that affects the edges. The only items that were in my bag were folders, my wallet and some pens. The only thing I can think of is how the weather has been—we have had sporadic weather, cool 60F to hot and humid 90F in a span of a few days, or it got scratched by the pen clip. I contacted the seller regarding replacement, and they requested pictures. I’ve sent them a clear picture of the scratch and have not heard from them in a few days. I am incredibly annoyed because the reason I bought this particular model was because of the lifetime guarantee. If the sellers do not honor the warranty when it falls under applicable terms, what’s the point of purchasing this particular brand? There are dozens of screen protectors that are cheaper.

Way better than the old difficult to apply, peel and stick.
Easy to apply, but be sure to center correctly or you will have a corner that you can’t get the air space pressed out of. At first, I thought the flimsy film was the glass screen. Read the directions. I don’t like to do that, so it’s “my bad”...not sending it back. I like the non glare feature. Once you apply the glass, it is perfectly clear.
