this product is AMAZING!!! ladies if you are struggling to make milk like I was then you need to get this supplement! this has literally boosted my milk supply to a whole different level! in terms of numbers, before taking this i would feed my daughter at 5 am before going to work and then pump once while at work and get 2-3 ounces. i can usually squeeze in one more session in the day and get a total of 4 ounces for the which isn't a lot when your daughter is eating 3-4 ounces at a time. Now i have to pump in the morning after I feed her and I get about 3-4 ounces there. then pump once at work and get around 6 ounces. the final time i pump for the day i get about 3-4 ounces so now I'm making more than 12 ounces which is a substantial jump! I have tried other supplements but this one is the only one that has really worked for me. A lot of other supplements don't have as many breastmilk supporting supplements in it as this one so there's a higher chance of this working for you. I take 2 pills with breakfast and 2 pills before bed. I cant be bothered to take it 4 times a day!

Tried these out for two days and it didn’t work out so well one didn’t see my milk supply get any bigger and two didn’t work for my baby. My baby had so many issues when I tired these with more spit up, was super fussy and wouldn’t go to sleep. I would say be careful when taking them and watch your little one to much sure they are ok with you taking them.

Highly recommend this product! I suffer from low supply and I noticed a huge Difference with this product ! I showed this product to my lactation consultant and she said all the ingredients separately are great for supply and she was shocked to see them all together at a reasonable price in one pill! She is going to share with other clients. I had not seen her for two weeks the difference in the two weeks was this product and when feeding my child at the appointment and weighing after she was getting double the amount that she had previously and I do believe this product and some other food choices I have been making to boost supply made the difference!

Actual doses of each ingredient are really small and not likely to make any difference in your supply. I saw no change and ended up adding additional supplements

Absolutely worked for me. My production tanked after getting my first period since delivering and because I was putting such large gaps between pumps. Along with making sure I pumped every 4 hours (I’m an exclusive pumper), this product has absolutely made my production come back to what it was when I was first engorged.Highly recommend!Edit: Originally 5 Stars down to 3.5 Stars. After a while, this product wasn’t effective. So I tried a different organic product (pink stork true milk), which worked a lot more effectively with fewer capsules to take.

Can’t say enough good things about this product; finally something that helped me with my milk flow without pumping like crazy; with my 1st baby I had to constantly pump to keep my milk flow going; now with my 2nd and with this product I almost never do and I am stress free ‘cause I’m always good to go; the only down side will be: you will bed to stuck up on these babies since they go fast; I bought 4 bottles so far and my boy is 7 months

Taking the pills are easier for me than remembering to make the a milk tea or if I made it I would forget to drink it once it cooled down.Having more milk production. Some days I go with out supplementing. Other days i only supplement 1 bottle a day compared to the 2-3 I was doing prior.

I am very satisfied! I switched to exclusively pumping to prepare for returning to work. I did not want to be chained to my pump and was hoping a good supplement could increase my output so I could lower the number of sessions. I've been taking these for 2 weeks and have gone from 18 oz a day to 25 oz a day pumping only 4 times. I'm a happy customer! The taste is tolerable too. I did not experience any tummy issues as someone mentioned, but I did start with 2 a day and worked my way up to 4.
