Good for appetite suppression and really works for weight loss. I’ve been losing weight for a few months. After 3+ it does slow down, however in the beginning it worked wonders!!

These supplements did zero. I gained 8 lbs. I only drink water so there was no problem there. They provided zero energy when I took them to get me going on my 4 am runs. Concentrate? Nope. I’d just get back in bed and sleep an extra hour. I keep a fairly good diet, but these supplements did little to curb my appetite so I ate like a linebacker. I normally use a supplement that keeps me in line, but i wanted to try something different and stronger. I’m going on a cruise in September so I wanted to amp up my workout routine. I had zero workouts and zero motivation. Like I said I could take this pill and take a nap. I’ve taken the same supplement for years and it’s always kept me from gaining weight I just want to see if there’s something better or stronger. I take Fit Affinity. This is only the 2nd time I try something else and the second time I’m sadly disappointed. I don’t recommend this if you want a surge of energy or a curb in appetite. Unless you’re very very sensitive. I work in powersports so adrenaline in my life. Now I’m fatter than I was wanting to be. You don’t know unless you try. Still on the search for another product. Before I go back to old faithful.

As good as the more expensive Phen Q. I bought the Phen Q plan, and it is take 2 a day. Say like one in the morning and one after lunch. The Powercut Triple Strength with MLT-97 works just as well. The The Powercut Triple Strength with MLT-97 is $28.99 a bottle and Phen Q is $69.99 a bottle. I do have to Say the Phen Q shakes are good especially made with water and milk. I'm not ingredient expert, but my daughter is, so handed he a pack of the Phen Q Shake Mix, she looked at it a moment and said that's a keeper, their shake mix is I think around $17, not double , tripple the price like their hunger suppression pills.

I love popping this pill. For me it adds a hint of raspberry on my tongue but unfortunately it didn't suppress my appetite at all and weightloss was only momentarily, meaning I notice a slight increase in body temp about 30 min after taking them, and a slight increase in energy. No jitters but by Day 3, even w two pills, I'd have x2 the pills to get the same effect. Not worth it but enjoyed it while it lasted. I did lose in total a little over 2 lbs. Hope this helps.

I went to reorder these after using them for one month and decided against it when I saw that the price doubled. Not nearly doubled but actually doubled. With everything being so expensive I have to be discerning when I’m purchasing something that’s not a “must have,” but a “nice to have.” And I think this was effective but one month of use isn’t long enough for me to gauge that, making it a “nice to have” rather than a “must have.”I didn’t see any negative side effects. No jitters, digestive issues, smell or bad taste. They do have a slight flavor but it’s not unpleasant.I fully intended to repurchase to see how well they work but the price hike was way too steep.

I normally don't leave reviews. But I just had to on this one. I've been trying to loose weight for a while, but had a tough time doing so.Read some reviews, and thought I would give it a try. I don't know why it works on some and not others, but most definitely works on me. I eat because I know my body needs it. But it sures cures eating or munching between meals. Love it, I've lost 3 lbs in a week, 8 days. , I take only a capsule every other day.

I waited a while to write this review so I could give the product a chance. I did not have any negative side affects nor any positive. I do not feel that it suppressed my appetite at all. The only side effect I did see was if I took a second pill past 3 o'clock in the afternoon I couldn't go to sleep till like midnight. But the caffeine never gave me jitters or anything.
