Disappointed
Great tea for cold season, but buyer beware. This is the first time I have experienced shabby packaging, but this time two of the bags had holes in them and pulling the tag away from where it was glued to the bag caused holes as well. I have learned to pop the whole thing in the hot water and fish the bag out with a spoon. The exterior packaging was different--that may be a clue. It did not come in the cylinder this time.

Not the packaging I was expecting
Mine came in a box and not the tin pictured. It just doesn't look as nice as I was expecting. The tea was to be used in a gift basket. The order arrived on time though.

The media could not be loaded. Guys if you are under the weather not feeling great I highly recommend this tea. This tea is caffeine free makes you feel better and it has an amazing taste I highly recommend it if you are under the weather and wanting to feel better why not try it it tastes very good and I feel that it works. The packaging that it comes in it's really cute keeps the tea fresh and Easy to store most of all it's caffeine free with an amazing aroma smell and an amazing taste even my daughter who is 9 yrs old said this tea taste this very good. So get your cold be gone Winter's coming.

Sent this to my sister who was suffering with covid - she reports it tastes really good and is soothing. It reports to be caffeine free. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

They changed the tea bags and tea for the worst
To start this tea used to be one of our favorites !! But they made some changes. The deal breaker for me was the tea bags have glue on them...and once pulled apart from the bag its rips a hole and all the tea leaks out every time.. also the tea has lost flavor and the packaging is in cheap cardboard box that that does not keep tea fresh ...not the metal cylinder container that is shown in the picture ad...last time I'll be ordering...

Great for sinus pressure!
