MMA Cup Athletic Groin Cup for Martial Arts Mixing Standing and Ground Fighting – Such as MMA, BJJ and Krav MAGA

I've been wearing this for about a month and it's been perfect for rolling. I've had no problems with being uncomfortable at any point, as frankly this has been more comfortable than most of the other cups I've tried.Great protection, highly comfortable (though that likely depends on what you're specifically using it for).

Update as of 02/16/24: updated rating to 4/5.Been using this cup for MMA for a while and I gotta say it's still amazing for stand up comfort and rolling, FOR ME. I've had partners say my cup's too big and can dig into them some, especially during a tight back take. I'm considering getting a slimmer one for grappling and sacrificing some comfort on my end to help my partner's comfort some during pure BJJ days and if this product is marketed towards MMA I shouldn't have to do that, so I'll be knocking the rating down a tad. Otherwise, everything below still stands, wonderful cup for stand up.Oh, also I just wear a pair of compression underwear between me n the cup now, better than a sock.First day wearing this cup I decided to wear it for a couple hours to test the comfort and it didn't disappoint, I wore it comfortably for about 3 hours, drove to the gym, had class, drove back, no issues in regards to the main comfort gripes when talking about a cup. That being said, I ran into a "fullness" issue where my biology was making contact with the inside of the cup itself, causing discomfort upon impact. This was fixed by stuffing my biology into a comfortable, CLEAN sock before putting the cup on, that fabric layer stopped direct contact between the cup and my biology and fixed the issue completely. Took a swift kick to this cup from a very strong beginner with awful aim my first time wearing this and I didn't feel a thing.That being said, what makes it work so well is the extremely custom fit that, you, have, to, do, yourself. You gotta cut the waistband and the thighbands to an appropriate length yourself. Instructions are included (videos to help are available too) and so long as you have a reasonably well functioning brain you'll be able to set it up just fine. Walking off that one kick like it was nothing not only immediately validated the purchase itself but proved to me I made the right choice. I've taken cup shots in crappy cups and it still hurts, just in a different spot. This one (w/sock for me) didn't hurt at ALL.

This cup is very well designed, it's very strong and durable. The sizing is good and the ability to adjust it is great. I am really happy with it. The fact that you can adjust it to your perfect fit is great, that's not something I have ever really seen and with this you get the perfect fit.

All in all, very good with adjustable system and great protection; however, ive had a considerable amount of sack slip through the slits, and enough so that it was even sort of stuck and quite difficult to free. The hole/slit size, shape, and placement needs to be re-evaluated. I did not seem to have this problem with the original lo-bloo model.

My friend came to visit me from another country and we wanted to practice some sparring so I got this cup for him to use. First, this cup is definitely more comfortable than wearing a jock strap or Thai Cup. Second, the cup shell is harder and protects better than the shock doctor cups unless you get the titanium one which I also own. Third, This cup allows for much better movement while throwing kicks and knees. Now there are some things that need to improve like the inner cup area is a little too small. If you have larger areas down below then it will hit the inner cup area. Also, my friend said that he had to continue to adjust the cup as it moves out of place occasionally which is typical of just about any cup. In conclusion, I would recommend this cup over any standard cup.

This MMA cup is fantastic for my martial arts training. It fits comfortably and provides excellent protection during both standing and ground fighting. The design is well-thought-out, and it doesn't shift around during intense movements. It’s perfect for MMA, BJJ, and Krav Maga. Highly recommend for any martial artist needing reliable groin protection!

I have an old style cup. The waistband is wearing out a bit. But the old school style has been fine for me. I saw this one and decided to give a more modern take on this old idea a try.Fitting the cup with the leg straps and waistband is convoluted. The instructions are probably as clear as they can be, but it's still convoluted. It's a bit of guess work at first trying to get the fit right. You have to just do it and redo it until you have the size right. I get that this makes it a custom fit, and if it had resulted in a good fit, I would not have even mentioned this part.Which brings me to my next point: this thing doesn't fit well at all. It's very bulky, and it doesn't stay in one place. I train in a striking art and jiujitsu. I don't think it would work well for either of these. It's not comfortable to wear when you are trying to throw kicks, and I don't think it would be comfortable for a training partner in BJJ. But really, the worst thing about this is that the leg straps don't really stay in place. They kind of slide around no matter how well you cinch them up. And I am not a good size guy (6'3", 210lbs), so having skinny legs is not the problem here.The one thing I can say for this is that it feels substantial. I don't think this cup is going to break, bend, or deform on impact. In that sense, it would probably protect your equipment. The thing I'm concerned about is the straps being loose, the thing shifting, and then parts of the equipment getting between the cup and my body--which would not be good at all.I can't recommend this.

Love the fit, feels amazing and should protect me from injury when I am army training been kicked in the nuts a few times so hopefully they help 🙏

finally a cup that my balls can fit in. really comfortable, stays perfectly where it should even after a takedown.

This is probably the best quality growing cup I’ve ever used. I’ve had over 35 years in athletics and martial arts. Definitely a fabulous product.But, the only but, is, I wish they made a bigger cup. If you happen to be a gentleman with a little bit more below the belt, this couple will not sit properly. It tends to hover. Imagine getting hit.I do highly recommend this cup overall.

It's an awesome product, very simple but very effective. Easy to assemble and adapt to your own measures
