The product quality is very poor and the customer service is torturing.
After one month of purchase the laptop's hinge got broken and after repeated calling the service center,, they said that the product is out of warranty. After 15-20 days they sent an engineer and the engineer claimed warranty but no response is there from the service center. No one answers the calls.

Defective piece sent by Acer
The company ACER seem to have sent us a defective piece. Within 10 days of usage, the display has gone off. Immediately, after contacting their service centre (poor communication by them here too), it was sent to them. The service centre has kept the laptop and ordered various parts and still the laptop seems to be defective. Now, they mention replacing motherboard. A brand new laptop can't have these issues and their service centre can't provide such poor service and troubleshooting. We have had enough. It is our request to ACER, if they still believe in giving a good customer experience, to either replace this piece or refund the entire amount.*Addition to review on 13.02.2024*Acer support has still not rectified this or diagnosed correctly for laptop sent to them on 24.01.2024. They have not bothered to respond even here on this review. Clearly, a defective piece was sent to us. We have sent their customer support a request to replace our laptop.
