These work well to attach my charms to my bracelet! Great product!
These work really well to connect charms to my new charm bracelet! I got the hang of connecting these after a couple of tries. It's like when you add a key to a key ring because you have to twirl it around until it is fully connected. It helps if you have your nails a little longer to get it started. These are way better than using the claw clasp things. They are truly STURDY. I did end up putting TWO of these split rings on each charm. I don't want to risk my charms falling off. It was worth the extra time for me to secure each charm with two rings. I recommend these to anyone who wants to attach charms to a bracelet and it would be great for any jewelry makers in general. I posted pics of the charms I attached using these split rings!

Good for my charms
The size of the rings are perfect for hanging my charms from my bracelet. They are a little difficult to open and attach, but the extra work is worth it to ensure that the charms don't fall off and get lost (when charm gets hung up on something) which has happened many a time with the regular open ring kind. And the price was very reasonable for Sterling Silver. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A little hard to work with, but serve their purpose well
I bought these to attach charms to a charm bracelet. I figured they would be more secure than using jump rings. I was right. They're small enough that it's hard to work with them and get them attached to the bracelet and then attach the charms to them, but the extra security is very much worth the effort for expensive sterling silver charms. I think these would also work great for attaching delicate pendants to a chain or string of beads. My suggestions for using this product? Don't put them to use the day after you trim you fingernails, because slightly long fingernails really help in opening them enough for the charms and bracelet links (or whatever else you're using them for) to go on to them. Work with them on a dark background in a well lit area (e.g. a piece of dark colored cloth underneath a lamp) so you can see them well. And don't get frustrated if it takes you a while to get the hang of using them. Took me a while but now I'm confident in my use of them. And if someone with fat, clumsy fingers like me can learn to use them, anyone can.

Great, exactly what I neeed.
These did exactly what I needed them to. I have a bracelet that I broke a charm on, one of those dangle ones. So I ordered these, and used it to attach the charm to, and put it right back on the bracelet, as you can see in the picture, problem solved. I only use sterling silver, so I had to wait a bit to get these, but that was fine, because it was so worth it.You get 25 of these, which is a lot, enough to fix quite a few things. I have other jewelry that has been sitting in my jewelry box for ages that needs repair, and now I can do it. I am so looking forward to it!These are really tight, and hard to open to get what you want on them, but that means what you pt on them is not going to fall off. These are like key rings, so as soon you get whatever on them and it closes, it is not going to come off easily. It would have to somehow open the ring back up, and that's just not likely to happen.Great product, real sterling silver, fantastic.I purchased this product at full price, and this review is honest and accurate.

Be Careful! Make sure what you buy is what you get.
I was very surprised and disappointed to find out that the "sterling silver" split rings that I bought were actually just steel. I used them to connect some sterling parts on a bracelet, one day I brushed by a magnet and BAM! my wrist was pulled to the magnet. I didn't understand why because all the parts of the bracelet were "sterling"... I guess not! When I got home I went directly to my sterling jewelry parts and took a magnet to the container of the split rings and all of them jumped to the magnet. My advice is to ensure what you buy is actually what you get, and do it before the return window closes. Don't get stuck with something that you really didn't want.

Too difficult.
Very difficult to get open. I have not been able to use them. Also, agree with another review I read. Why are these magnetic if they are sterling silver?

Works great! Read below
Well made Sterling silver jump rings work like a key ring that you slide onto a chain or charm. Don't pull apart to much that it looses its shape. It took a little time to get the hang of sliding my finger nail under the ring, but then it works like a charm. And that's just what I added to a necklace. Then fixed some ends that broke on chains, and added an extender to another. These are some what large for sliding pendants off and on so plan before you add or plan on not changing pendants around. Perfect for making your own designs! I think this is a great value and I highly recommend.

Not sterling silver
False advertising. Did the magnet test and not sterling silver also cut one in half.
