The first thing I will say is that this is pretty easy to use. I would recommend reading the instructions first before trying this out. I do question the long term durability as this does feel a tad bit on the flimsy side but for the amount of money and performance so far it works pretty well. It is something I would recommend more for beginners who want to learn to stitch using this but may be unsure if this is what they want to use long term. There is a bunch of cartridges that come with it but I am unsure of where to get the refills once you run out. It is pretty easy to load. The device itself is easy to learn right out of the box. I still recommend you read just to make sure you are installing the cartridge correctly before beginning to stitch. It is a simple press and stitch for the most part. There is a band that is used to hold the cap cover so you do not lose that which is nice. It is really the only safety feature for this device that I can tell. The casing is just solid plastic. I have not seen it have any issues so far with breaking or getting jammed but I do question it as it does feel a bit cheap but so far it has worked. Overall this device has worked pretty well. The mini stitches are pretty solid and I have not had any issues with it coming off or undone. It has stuck pretty well and I also have had no issues with it jamming or anything. The green color is nice with the translucent casing so you can see into it. There cartridges (which is what I just call them) are all decent but I am unsure of what to use for refills. I found these are good for beginners as stated before. Again the only thing that does slightly worry me is that this does feel a bit flimsy but I have yet to see it have issues with it breaking.

This tagging gun is super easy to use and works great. Just make sure you notice how teeny the micro tags are. For my purpose it was perfect.The first gun got stuck and broke after just a few tags, but the seller exchanged it and the second one works great.

I have been meaning to get one of these to use for quick hemming jobs and I’m so glad I finally did! There are a lot of times that my pants are a bit too long or my kids’ clothes just don’t fit right and I want to quickly pin it up but don’t want to take out the sewing kit. This works great for those simple, short term fixes by punching in a little mini plastic hem. It was super easy to use and doesn’t need any batteries or anything, just pull the trigger and it tags the fabric! It has worked great so far.

UPDATE: they offered a full refund which I appreciated.This product is defective - after the second use, the needle literally becomes a projectile and shoots out. So dangerous! I am unable to reach the manufacturer to report this and Amazon customer service is useless. All the links they give me are endless loops back to the useless Amazon customer service. Clearly they don’t stand behind their products and this seller’s product is really bad.

This gadget is perfect for such straightforward, temporary alterations by inserting a small plastic hem promptly. It proved to be effortless to operate, requiring no batteries; simply pull the trigger, and it secures the fabric! So far, it has performed admirably.

Really nice tool! The barbs are TINY but durable, almost completely invisible. The gun is smooth and works every time unlike some cheaper guns I have that jam up or break the barbs. Great product. 10/10

This gun is perfect for a small job such as a blouse, or attaching to light fabrics. It would not be suitable for thicker materials, most hems or fabric that is doubled. The hole is unnoticeable but I bought it with the hopes I could use it to hem things and you would need a slightly bigger tag for something like this. It does a great job for what it can do but if you need it to go through double fabric, it would be too small for that job
