Excellent size for poor hands but very attractive and good quality.
This is a lovely big set especially good for arthritic hands as I can actually grasp the pieces. That said it is still attractive to leave out on view. Very pleased with it and very prompt service. Packs away snugly in a nice dark wood box. Takes up very little space then.

Great Value
Really nice chess set for the price. Well finished perfect size and easy to pack away. The only reason I've taken a star away is because of the quality. You can tell it's a little down on quality as some of the pieces are a little less than perfectly finished and they are light to the touch, Having said that a great chess set for the price. Highly recommend this one if you are teaching someone to play or just getting back to playing after a long absence like I am.

The product arrived soon. It is well made and pretty. The only thing is that some of the pieces would not stand flat on their bases due to recidue of lacker, which is something that could have been polished after dry -one would suppose. But other than that, very please with the purchase. ;-)
