Multi button for multi color learning for multi gates and doors
Easy to learn, easy to use, very, very good price. For $5 each, you can't beat the price. First let's look at the learning. I see all the bad reviews comes from unable or difficulty to learn the remote signal for their openers; but first of all, it covers yellow, purple, red/orange and green learn buttons, so basically all the color learn buttons out there. If it doesn't cover your color learn button, I don't know what kind door you are trying to open. Just look at all the models, and all the frequencies it covers (in the description), if your gate/door opener has not learned the remote's signal, it's likely because you failed to train it, rather than the remote doesn't cover your learn button since it probably does. There's a reason why it's called a universal remote. If your remote really is a kind that's out of the world, at least check your opener's learn button color and/or model that it's compatible before buying this.I can see why its instructions may be a little lacking, though overall sufficient, so here's a full one:1. Press the program button (the little white dot) on the back of the remote with the visor clip (yep, free visor clips included, too; these are the cheapest and best universal remote, imo, out there) or a pen or perhaps your nail will do.2. Once you click that button the front side Red LED light will be on (and remain on for a bit) entering programing mode. You can now choose any of the three buttons you want to become the new gate/door opening button.3. (While the red light on the remote is on) Now look at your learn button color: Yellow - press the button ON your REMOTE (one of, any of, the 3 buttons) you want to become the opening/closing button for this gate/door, Once; Purple - press Twice the remote button you want the opener to learn; Red/Orange - press the remote button you want to set Thrice; Green - press the button you want to set Four times.4. The red LED on your remote should still be on since it only takes seconds to complete step 3, and for this step, simply press the learn button (yellow, red, orange, purple or green) on your garage door/gate opener/machine; the opener machine has now entered learn mode (you will see a light turns on on top of the learn button); you have 30 seconds to send a signal for it to learn before it turns off.5. Now here is where their instructions becomes a little less clear (they have all step 1-4 above, though not as clear they could've been): WAIT UNTIL the red LED light on the remote to blink off, and then press button you just trained (to a signal by pressing 1 to 4 times in step 3), you should be able to hear a click or see the learn button light on the opener flash (off), and now it is learned.6. That is it. You can now use it to open and close this thing you just trained to learn the remote's signal. You can do the exact same thing with the rest of the two buttons on the same remote to open other things; I have the left most button set to open/close my 10 ft. LiftMaster wooden gate, and the mid/2nd button open/close my LiftMaster garage door. And I set both remote to the same thing (each controls both opener machines), and it takes me like 15 seconds to set up one button; it is very easy to do. Now a single remote doubles as two for two color/model openers. Now, if you buy a LiftMaster brand remote, with SINGLE button ONLY, able to control/send for JUST ONE color ONLY, it costs $30... So with just $10-11 (after getting a digital credit and 5% back it becomes under $10 for me), you get 4 remote capability equivalent, WHERE IF YOU TRY TO DO THE SAME THING WITH LIFTMASTER REMOTES, IT WOULD HAVE COST YOU $120, PLUS TAX $130!So tell me which one is better? $10 or $130? After you buy the LiftMaster remotes, someone just gives you $120 cash for no reason, no catch, would you give that someone a 5 star? Seems the least we can do for just the free money. You get the cheapest, the very easy to set up remote (and the longevity on these remotes, any remote, is almost always guaranteed) for just $5 each; you really can't get a better deal anywhere else.I tried to be as clear as I can with the instructions, I hope it helps you. Please remember if the remote covers your color/model opener, then it definitely can control it. If you can't connect it/set it up, just follow the instructions carefully and try again, you will be able to after you do it correctly.

It’s not easily explained, but it’s really not hard to understand, once set to the opener, it works great!
