ARS Pruning Folding Turbocut Saw with 5-3/4-Inch Blade SA-21ODX

I watched a review on YouTube from the channel Traditional Bowhunting And Wilderness Podcast. After buying one pocket saw, I now have five more and will continue to buy more when they go on sale. It's the best pocket saw, and I keep one in the truck, one in my wife's car, and one in each bag. You will not be disappointed.

Tried this saw based on YouTube recommendations and this saw is super light weight, packable and cuts wood faster with less strokes better than any other saw I’ve used. And the price is right! Highly recommended.

This is a compact saw, perfect for stashing in my hunting pack. I use it often when setting up a stand location.

Love the folding aspect of this saw. When open, it has a very sturdy latching lock, and it folds easily and neatly into itself, thereby eliminating all danger of cutting yourself while carrying it around. Although I have an ARS pole saw with a wickedly sharp blade that I love, this folding model 's efficient cutting is a distant second to my trusty Japanese pruning saw of the same size, making it somewhat underwhelming as far as making my pruning tasks easier. Not that it's a dud-- it just isn't a five star model.

I needed a small, light saw for hammock backpacking/canoe tripping. This thing is perfect. The teeth work amazingly for the size of the saw and make short work of decent sized branches. Clearing junk off of trees to hang works very well. Sawing up dead limbs for firewood has worked great, too. For the size, this saw has performed better than any other saw I have ever used.

My HEAVILY used 35 year old copy was somewhat dull so I got a new one to use until I get around to sharpening the old one.So I am set for another 35 + years.Just like the original. Sturdy and compact.

I use a pruning saw a lot and this one works just as well as the Felco I had for many years that the tip broke off of, and cost a bit less. With 15 fruit trees plus other plants a saw that cuts easily is essential. Just be careful - it's really sharp, and easier to cut yourself with a saw than with clippers, though I've done both.

Very handy, blade very sharp and overall extremely light to carry. Made in Japan well known for their high quality knives. Highly recommended.

Excellent for cutting back hedges, gets through all the tight access points

Used it for hunting and cutting up wood for fires. Too ribcage of large Cow. Highly rate to put in the backpack.Also used it at home to cut an outside solid door for a doggie door. Was faster than an electric jigsaw.
