During this recent extended heat wave my AC died! During this time I ordered several of types of fans and this one was amazing! It was quiet, powerful and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more and would definitely recommend it. Well worth the money!

This fan would receive 5 starts but for the oscillation mechanics failing. I have had two of these and both has the identical failures. The Dr. Prepare customer service team replied within 12 hours of my initial contact email to them - understandable since they appear to be based in China. They were pretty helpful in securing a return for me. Your experience may differ. This is the DC version runs off of a USB wall adapter.There is an older version of this fan that I purchased several months ago. It runs off of normal (USA) household current - plugs directly into a wall outlet. The oscillation mechanics are still working great and I use this fan almost every day.

So it has now been 4+ weeks and ZERO customer support. I would NOT buy from this company unless you want NO WARRANTY or service after your purchase. You're on your own.Another update - I would not buy if you expect any customer support. It's too bad, I really like the fan and it's a nice unit EXCEPT it won't oscillate reliably. Customer support is critical for a company to survive.Update - I am not YET reducing this to one star, but am awaiting customer service to contact me and as of yet, they have not. Knowing there is a narrow window for return, I would hope for a quick response. Not so...As others have stated, this is overall a nice little fan, BUT it fails to oscillate. It gets stuck or just doesn't work... I just received it and have given it almost 24 hours of 'chances' and I'll return due to the failure to oscillate. Would have been great otherwise.

This is pretty much just what it looks like, a pair of small desk fans stacked together in a single housing (that oscillates if you want it to... well maybe oscillates since that feature seems a bit erratic, sometimes stuttering or sticking). It is a nice unit that fits somewhere between a small desk fan and a tower fan, providing more airflow than a small desk fan but less than a full tower fan. Having two fans allows it to be more quiet than a small desk fan on its low speed yet still move quite a lot of air. The only downside compared to small desk fans is that many of them have an adjustable tilt while this fan does not tilt at all, although the height helps make up for that. It comes with a USB-A to barrel plug cord (the barrel plug goes into the back of the fan) and a 12W wall charger but you can plug it into most any USB-A charging port that you have handy (most power strips have several these days and this is a good use for one of them). It doesn't have an integrated battery or a remote control but you can always plug the USB-A cord into a battery bank so that isn't a problem. A remote isn't something everyone would want for a desk fan, but if you put this fan under your desk a remote can come in very handy compared to bending down and putting your head under the desk to put the control buttons.After reading the other reviews and my experience with the oscillation I wouldn't recommend this fan to anyone who really wants the oscillation feature; however for anyone who doesn't really care about the oscillation feature (like me) this is a very nice desk fan with a unique design that moves a lot of air more quietly than a small desk fan.

I bought this product because I travel a lot and at home I always sleep with a fan on. I found this and it is beyond perfect. The fan is quiet and runs better than expected. It keeps me cool at night. This purchase was the best decision I made.

I was surprised with it being usb how much the fan blew. I rarely take it off low. Not too bulky, and quiet. I forget to turn it off when I leave.

The fan came with a defective plug I had scheduled a return but b4 packaging it up I tried using one of my other USB ports n it started working but I find it ridiculous that lately all of amazon products have issues and I should not have to open n try xmas gifts just to c if they work
