Q: How do you create the arc? Like what holds it in place?

There is a clear strip (included) that you will attach most of your balloons to then you'll afix said strip to wall or pole. You will be able to fill in spaces with additional balloons with clear glue dots (also included)

Q: How long will the balloons last? Can this be blown up the night before?

We tried blowing some the night before to see if they would last, and unfortunately by morning they were deflated :(

Q: Are there assembly instructions? Looking for tips on how to alternate colors and sizes so that it looks like the photo.

No. You have to wing it and go off the picture.
