I got this in the hopes of deterring my negligent neighbor’s dogs from barking at nothing nonstop. They seem to be disturbed by the sound and will be quiet if I am outside and I activate the noise myself - but their barking does not activate it and they are well within 20ft. There’s also no brand name on the box or instructions so I can’t contact any customer service or troubleshooting of any kind.The knob also is not labeled so I don’t even know what setting I have it on.

We have 3 large dogs and when they get rowdy, my poor neighbors suffer.. well not any more! These devices have come a long way and now they actually work!!! So happy! Have bought two because it works so well!

We bought this to help with our 3 dogs barking and it worked for maybe a day and then they went right back to barking. We also could hear it go off when our dogs were just walking around the house due to having hardwood floors and their feet clicking as they walked. It would go off when our kids were playing also making it much less effective on our dogs. I wish I had returned this product for a refund after day 2 when it stopped working on our dogs. I would not recommend this product.

Works great for 2 nights, then the batteries die. Not worth it

The barking hasn’t decreased at all! Waste of money

Unfortunately this device doesn’t work at all. I tried changing the batteries. I tried changing the location of the device. And of course I’ve followed label directions.

I bought this because our neighbor has 3 dogs and if my two are also in the back yard it sounds like a dog fight with all the barking and snarling. This box has helped some, but it’s not perfect. Not a total waste of money but I was hoping it would help a little bit more.

Worked ok at first. Stopped working so I assumed it needed new battery (already 😠) and found water had gotten in and rusted the battery terminals
