Does not work.
Received tool with not instructions and had no luck with it resetting my tire pressure monitor system. Cheap junk. Don't buy. Wasted my money.

Another great purchase...
I almost bought a far more expensive tool, read the reviews on this, and took a chance. Winner winner chicken dinner. Worked perfectly to set the TPMS on my Corvette. Set the relearn, went to each sensor and held the button...done.

It works like it's supposed to
It relearned the TPMS sensor position for the new sensors I installed on my 2017 1500 Silverado. I had a little trouble initially. I thought I had installed a fresh 9 volt battery and my truck wasn't recognizing the sensors with this EL-50448. The green activity indicator lit when I pushed the button and immediately went out when I released it. The red, low battery indicator never came on. I tried everything I could think of and it refused to learn. I was about to return it and checked the battery with my meter before doing so which was 8.83 volts. So I swapped the battery from my meter into it, 9.32 volts. After that it worked like a charm. The green indicator is brighter and flashes for about five seconds after I release the button. Had I known that slight discrepancy about the indicators up front it would have been a little more obvious something was wrong. Bottom line, make sure you use a fresh battery in it.
