After using for 5 min this product is not working. It's bending and tearing as it is made of paper. Waste quality.

Doesn't makes any sound
I bought this product to present it with the return gifts for my son's birthday. I thought it makes some whistle sound and kids will use it while cake cutting. However, when I tried, it doesn't make any sound. It looks pretty however, if it would have made that particular whistle sound, I would have been much happier.
