Being using it for around 6 months now.It looks good.Heats food within 10-15 min.But if u have rice then it’s a good idea to drop some water from that top hole before turning on. This will cause steam & rice will be heated more evenly & feel fresh. Or else ur rice will stick to the bottom.Don’t think of heating ur sandwiches or chappati or naan on it. They will burn so as with any other brand.But yeah my colleagues uses different brands & mine heats up quickerThe top lid of that extra container is plastic so please remove it before heating & stay healthy. & incase ur wondering No that extra container is not air tight. But the top lunch box isHope that helps.

Have had this over a month now . I use whilst on the road . I usually plan to have it plugged in for 45-1hr before my lunch so good if you have a fair drive in between . I’ve used for soups . Shepards pie , pastas . It has on occasions burnt abit of food to the bottom of the pan but I guess you could open half way and stir it . I just always forget . I went for the bigger size but I wish I went for the smaller . All in it’s a game changer to the usually grab and go type lunches you tend to end up with when working in the road

I purchased the Large size in Sept’23 for my husband, who works outside and away. I spent a few months researching different ones and I’m very pleased with this one. The smaller container is stainless steel which, unlike other brands which are plastic, you can use it to heat separate food like rice or a pudding. The cutlery are are good size and weight. It’s simple to clean and proven to be robust as my husband and has had it! It heats up fast and yes it can stick a little if left too long without attention but nothing that has bothered hubby. This is a great quality product. 10/10

The media could not be loaded. I started to use this for overnight hotel stays with work and it’s a total game changer. I can bring home cooked meals to reheat and no longer have to rely on unhealthy and expensive restaurant food. 20-30 minutes for piping hot food. Brilliant!Components feel well made and of good quality including cutlery set.Versatile piece of kit. Even used the small container with a lid as a makeshift hot water bottle. We are also keen caravaners and I can see this being really useful for van life too. I keep it in my car boot so it’s always to hand.

Lunch box is working but inner small container is not good. That is leaked and not close properly.
