I like using these kinds of mats for rolling out my dough for baking. It makes it a lot easier to clean up, I don’t have to clean the counter as much because most of the mess is on the mat and it’s more sanitary to roll dough on this mat than straight on the counter.I find that this matt is pretty durable, because the material it’s made of is pretty strong and heavy duty. I also like that I can roll it up and it pretty much sticks to itself which is good for storage.I like that it has inches on it because I make a lot of apple pies and it’s good to have something to measure by. It also cleans up very well. I highly recommend this matt.

The media could not be loaded.  Previously, I used a long sheet of foil on my counter when working with dough, but it was inconvenient as it didn't stay in place and tore easily. I decided to explore alternatives on Amazon and came across this product after narrowing down my options. Watching a review video where someone tried to push it off the counter without success convinced me to give it a try.Upon receiving the product, it was neatly folded in a bag, but I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't retain any creases. There was no noticeable smell, and it proved easy to hand wash. However, be cautious of water runoff during washing. For drying, a simple wipe sufficed, but I air-dried it on the top rack of my dishwasher, unfolded. Storing it involved folding and placing it inside a plastic bag within a drawer.This lightweight product has a smooth, grippy silicone feel, ensuring it stays securely on the counter without sliding. It's easily adjustable, so that your mat is bubble-free, and straight when placed. Importantly, the dough doesn't stick to the mat, making it a valuable addition to my kitchen tools.I also used this mat so I can roll steam rice rolls. These can be very tricky to roll because they'll get sticky and you'll need to lubricate your surface with oil. But I do not need to use oil on this mat. It is already non-stick! According to my sister, I made the best looking steam rice rolls. Thanks to this mat! 😅😁🥰If you are thinking about getting it, just get it. You'll be pleasantly surprised and will enjoy using it. Am very pleased with my purchase.Medium size, bottom sticks to counter top well, so it does not move when you roll the dough. And it does not get stick to dough, perfect. Cleans well, easy to store.Will buy larger size too.Thanks for a very good product

I like this Silicon Pastry mat for it is convenient to use and easy to clean. I hardly use extra flour when kneading because of the smooth surface. I hope it will last longer because I don’t want to use my wooden Pastry board anymore, it’s huge and heavy.

Product is nice and easy to use. It stays in place while using it. Easy to clean and store.

The mat is large, but I found it too sticky to roll up for storage.
