Perfect faucet for our kitchen...
We were remodeling our kitchen and wanted a new faucet with sprayer that was a complement to our new stainless appliances and granite countertops. We wanted modern styling, single handle, easy-to-use sprayer and dependable. After looking at hundreds of options and reading a lot of reviews we chose this Delta faucet. We had our plumber install it and it appeared to be a fairly easy install. I have to say we're extremely happy with this purchase. It looks great, has a high-quality feel and works beautifully. The button on the pull-down handle easily switches from aerated stream to spray with 100% of the water going through the sprayer, so we have as much spray pressure as our plumbing allows. I'm pretty sure that if I wanted to, at full pressure I could shoot a stream or spray of water 15 feet across the room -- so you can expect some splashing if you open the handle full blast, but it's easily adjusted with the single-handle control. We have a deep sink, which I recommend with this high design. The soap dispenser is an easy-to-use top-loading design that looks and works great. The stainless steel-colored nylon braided hose pulls out easily. The weighted gravity feed allows it to go back in just as easily (as long as you don't have things under your sink to block it), and the magnet does its job of assuring a "pop-in" seating for that last 1/2" return. We've only had it installed about a month now so I can't yet speak about the dependability, but Delta has a great reputation with a lifetime warranty, so I'm not worried.

Actually needed more supply line and instructions need work
I think I will love this faucet. Great looks, nice design, great price, good water flow, quiet, magnet holds the hose great, and a lifetime warranty. I would recommend this faucet.I do have two complaints.1: The attached hot/cold plastic supply tubes needed to be longer. They are 36 inches long and come attached to faucet. The instructions say to loop the extra tubing but don't make the loop smaller than 8 inches in diameter. It takes 25 inches just to make a loop. That gives 11 inches from shutoff to faucet. I needed 16. I could either make the loop smaller or cut to length. Delta says specifically that they would not guarantee leak free if cut to length. So I went with a 6.5 inch loop. The compression fitting comes molded into the tube which is the main reason to loop and not cut.2: The instructions need work. Step 1 said to go to step 3, when you need to do step 2. The supply tubes come with black flat compression rings that are meant to be thrown away. I guess they protect the flat molded fittings during installation. I had to call and make sure because the instructions did not say (customer service was quick). The instructions did show a lot of pictures of what not to do if you cut to fit. It said to hand tighten and then go "one additional turn" if using molded, or "two addition turns" if cut to fit. My experience with compression fittings is to go one forth of a full turn. Any more will cut the plastic.I'm happy with the faucet and it is leak free.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
I researched a lot of faucets before I purchased this one. At first I loved it. Then after7 years the trouble began.I paid a lot because it had a lifetime guarantee. Oh yes, they will replace parts at no cost,BUT,in the meantime, you cannot use it,because the water/faucet wont shut off. Then you get that taken care of,then another part breaks, again, and you cant shut it off. Have to wait at least 10 days for the prats to be mailed, then in afew days,it starts leaking again!!!! We finally replaced it, with a whole new one, not the same faucet,oh heck no! Just a very poor design flaw. JUST DO NOT BUY IT!

Fantastic! High quality and easy to install!
My wife and I had a standard faucet, one of those that is like $39 that all sinks come with. Well it finally broke and my wife asked if I could find one of these style faucets with the pull down. I went out to my local hardware store and bought one that looked amazing and it was less then $100, I installed it and we used it for 2 days. Then I came home from work to find my kitchen flooded! The faucet showed it's true colors and the pipe connecting the water line burst. I immediately removed the cheap faucet and ordered this Delta Savile from Amazon. It was about twice the cost but there were some key items I liked about it.1. The Delta brand name is strong. I've used Delta before and have never been disappointed.2. The construction is all metal. The cheap faucet I first bought used a plastic piece to hold the faucet to the sink top, it looked like metal but it wasn't. Delta Didn't skimp on metal though, they give you quality.3. Ease of installation. This thing really couldn't be any easier to install. In fact it took more time removing the old faucet then it did to pop this new one on.If you are in the market for a pull down style faucet. this one does not disappoint. It's built tough and has a great company backing it. Don't go cheap, the cheap always comes out expensive and because I went cheap and my kitchen flooded I now have a part of my floor that is stained. I wish I bought this faucet to begin with.
