Nice shoes. Wide front. The insole quality is bad. I had to purchase a new insole. The tongue of the shoes is difficult to adjust. Overall shoe quality is reasonable.

Very comfortable, perfect for wide feet

Finally - this is my 3rd try with a barefoot shoe, and this one is great. My issue is placement of the lacing holders, which, on other brands, has landed squarely on top of my bunion, causing more pain than the rest of the comfort of the shoe is worth. These Hobibear uppers are much better designed, with the lacing holders landing about 3/4" above the bunion, giving some stretch potential. Even brand new, these are really gentle on that area, so letting them get more worn in only increases their potential. The arch support is minimal, but definitely better than the comparison brands - and I have a really high arch, so that's hard to solve anyway. Another thing I really like about these is the shape of the toe box - the other brands have a more pronounced big toe area, which makes me look like I'm walking pigeon toed, or with swim fins. The toe box on these are more gently rounded, giving me just as much toe room without looking like Bozo the Clown. I selected the orange color, which is muted, not in-your-face, and it's perfect for Orioles games. I don't usually wear bright colors on my feet, but now I don't care - orange it is, and orange it will be. Too bad I can't get away with that for work, so I'm looking for another variety that looks less like a sneaker but feels just as good.

These shoes are great. it feels like I am wearing slippers. Soles are perfect nice wide toe area allowing my feet to actually spread out in the shoe. Ordered 11.5 Size os exact
