Great for wool and wool blend clothes
These work well for my Smartwool winter garments. It leaves them soft, with no overwhelming fragrance, and does not damage the natural fibers. Easy to use (FYI - don't peel off the top, just drop in and snap the cap section lid closed). It was easier to order through Amazon than the Miele website. Yes, a bit pricey but my trick is to hold off washing until I have a decent load to do. I'm happy with the results for my base layers, running jacket, boot socks and running socks. I think you could use these in any washing machine if you pour the liquid in the appropriate dispenser. I do have a Miele washer.

Excellent
This is a great detergent for wool. I use it for handwashing but it is designed for machine washable wool. Each small container can be opened so you can pour out as much as you need. I store the remainder in a very small jar for the next use. I like all the Miele detergents.
