MK Shield K36103CLR Weatherproof 13A Fused Double Switched Connection Unit

Bought this for a fused spur in the loft, to be a bit more robust in such a location, good value pack hardly more expensive than the bare MK fused spur. Apart from being a bit bigger overall than the bare spur, it is very neat and more than up to the job. Arrived promptly, suitably packed.

A good weatherproof switch in a transparent enclosure - larger than a normal light switch. The lid is very stiff to open but will probably ease with use. Good value for money ideal for greenhouse use.

Easy to fit and solid look and feel. The lid cover is a bit stiff but as others said just give it a few open and closes top get it loosened up. I'm using it on a socket right above the cooker, which is a poor place to have a socket and the cover is protecting the electrics fine from all the cooking mist.

I ordered a couple of these just to check them out because the price was amazing. I doubted they were even MK brand but they definitely are and I was super impressed with them. Bought more just to keep in my "in case" stock. Highly recommended

Actually bought this as just wanted the plastic cover for a fused switch in the bathroom with all wiring in the wall.Didn’t need the wire coming out the front, so didn’t remove the knockout on the clear plastic cover.Considering this is an MK product including the actual fuse switch, (no use to me due to the front wire hole) it is good value for money, especially compared to other available items.

I used this for power supply to an electric radiator in my downstairs toilet, I recessed into a hollow wall and also changed the pattress to a standard plug type, this works fine inside a building, but I wouldn’t recommend this if it was for outside use.Overall was very pleased with the finished look.
