I love this mat! It’s thick so it doesn’t hurt my knees or elbows while I’m working out. The mat that I received did not have a smell as some other reviewers have experienced. It’s also very good quality. I would highly recommend this mat!

The green is a beautiful colour. Very nice thick mat that is great for any on your knees exercise. My old mat didn’t cushion nearly as well. Only cons is when your sweaty it becomes very slippery. But unlike my last mat, this one I can wipe clean properly with disinfectant wipes.

I use this as an exercise mat on my hardwood floors. It is very comfortable and thick. I think it would be difficult to use as a yoga mat however because it would be too slippery. As an exercise and stretching mat, it is fantastic. I would guess that it would even work well on concrete. I like how it is longer than usual. The smell goes away quite quickly and then you forget it had a smell initially.

I can’t use traditional thin yoga mats, my body needs more padding. So I ordered this thicker yoga mat and totally love it, it has just the right amount of cushion. Just what I need for my yoga practice! I ordered a second one for my family to use if they ever decide to yoga with me.
