I have used this fume extractor with my WeCreat laser cutter roughly 8 times (about 45 mins worth of cutting and engraving). Usually when cutting wood my garage would get smokey but absolutely no smoke with this bad boy! Worked great for engraving metal also.

I bought this to go with my xtool S1. Simply put: the fan isn’t strong enough to keep up with the demand. There are no controls on this device just on or off. It is also really annoying that you have to unscrew everything to get at and change the filter.At first I thought maybe it was user error and that there was a cover on the filter I was supposed to take off. But there isn’t. This machine simply isn’t strong enough to do the job. I wish I would have returned it as soon as I realized it. What a waste.

Not as strong a fan as the fumeclear I used before, but I can tell the difference in air quality in the room immediately when I switched them out. I have a10w Xtool M1 and even though a little bit more smoke builds on the inside it clears out in about 3 minutes after finishing the job. I have my M1 exhaust fan set to stay on 4 minutes after completion. I'll take a little more smoke inside the machine itself to not smell so much outside of it like with the fumeclear. I made sure to do a cut, score, and engrave job before writing this. Im pretty happy with it so far. I do NOT recommend this for any laser stronger than 10w though. I don't think it could keep up with those levels of power.

I tried the comgrow air purifier and returned it for this unit. This is way better. Used attached to the laser enclosure it's perfect and I've been able to cut so much more than with the comgrow.

I really wanted this to work. But the little 12v fan they have just isn't enough to pull any air through the filter. I will say it removed the smoke from the air if you wanted 5min after cutting to let the smoke clear. But it didn't remove any smell. The back pressure of the filter suffocated my laser even with the stock case fan in my xtool smoke would leak out of the seams. Save your money for a more industrial filter

I use my laser indoors with minimal smoke or dust. Its worth what I paid for it.

This is awful. I have 2 fans connected to my laser engraver and this doesn't purify anything. It sounds like it's barely running--no levels, just an on button, and only a very faint amount of fresh air coming out of the top. It is awful. Don't waste your money like I wasted mine.

Filtra los humos pero no los olores. Carece de mecanismo para extraer el humo. Es una mala adquisición y una perdida de dinero.
