Worth the wait!!!! I ordered all three shades!!! Some may come from china and some may come from an Amazon warehouse.

Q: Need measurements for XS? Anyone?

An extra small is usually chest 30-32 and hips 31-32, waist 28 to 30

Q: can this skirt be cut and made 3 inches shorter

For me, the beauty of this skirt are the frayed edges. It makes the skirt as far as I am concerned. But you can hem it if you need to. I roll it up at my waist and hide the thrill with a nice leather belt with a large silver western style buckle.

Q: what is the waist and length of the actual skirt?

It seems that the skirt runs a bit small. I originally purchased a large, my actual size and I could not fit it at all. Loved the skirt so much, I purchased an XL and an XXL to ensure I could fit it and both did!! The length is down to the ankles and I am about 5’4”!! By far, this is one of my favorite purchases!!
