I ordered this for my retired mother and she is often in the garden.She has found this very useful - it is very sturdy and easy to pop up and pack down flat again.It can be turned upside down to be used as a seat too which is handy for lots of things including gardening but also just for taking a well deserved rest.It's not too heavy but has enough weight to stay upright without it falling over easily.It is a good size when folded out and she is very happy with this and I totally recommend this (and might be borrowing it to use myself a few times too) :) Thank you :)

This is a really strong, sturdy seater and kneeler, but it takes a bit of work to get it in place and even more to fold it back down again. I got this as I am disabled and struggle with kneeling or sitting, but like to garden for my wellbeing. I struggled with using this and I am imagine that anyone with joint issues might have a bit of a time using this. Overall it is very good, excellent quality but given it’s target audience they might want to make it more user friendly for the elderly/disabled. Tentatively recommend.

We have used it in both seat and kneeler configurations. It is easy to assemble and to fold away. Our previous ones had a bag which we never used, as it would be in the way when turning between sitting and kneeling. This one has a larger width toolbag which has a gusset to let one simply place it over whichever rail is uppermost. The bag also has a useful carry strap. The plastic 'feet' save the metal from losing its finish and rusting. We love the blue colour. Unfortunately, we have now discovered a serious design flaw. The comfortable large seat is well supported by the wide ends, but when turned over to become a kneeler, the large pad encourages one to lean forward and to fall, because in that configuration, the ends rock on the pads which would be better to be removed. Even then, the kneeling pad protrudes beyond the support given by the ends, so it would still be unstable.

This is fantastic! The 26cm wide garden stool and kneeler is multifunctional and perfect for all sorts of gardening tasks. The upgraded stand feet are sturdy and provide great stability, while the handles are a helpful feature for support. It's also easy to fold and store when not in use. This kneeling stool makes gardening much more comfortable and enjoyable, and is definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend!

This kneeler seat is very well made. The tubular frame is powder coated which should give good weather resistance. The size folded is 30 x 60 x 10cm, and opened out 30.5D x 61W x 12.5H cm.Seat height is 38.5cm and kneeling height 10cm.It weighs in about 2.5kg.The seat and kneeling areas are covered in a foam rubber with, what looks like, a waterproof top layer. However, instructions do suggest that product not be left out in the rain. The foam pads are 36 x 26 x 1cmVery easy both to pull open and to collapse. Collapsing achieved by pulling on the 2 full width spring loaded bars at edges of the seat. I found this very simple and not at all fiddly. Should be helpful if you have dexterity issues.In use, I found it very stable in use in both positions.Comes with a pair of gardening gloves and waist bag to carry small tools.

This is about twice the price of cheap garden kneelers but it is much better quality and (in my opinion) better looking. Cheap ones have curved tubular metal in contact with the ground so they sink into soft ground easily. This one has moulded plastic as the feet, increasing the area in contact with the ground and therefore spreading the user’s weight over a wider area so it is less likely to sink in.One way up it is a kneeler, providing comfort and keeping your knees off the ground, avoiding dirty knees and damp ground. Flip it for a break and it is a seat – you can prune and trim while seated or just take a break.It is relatively light yet sturdy.It is good for older gardeners and anyone younger tired of kneeling in mud and the damp.
