You need these for college packing. These are roomy and can fit a lot, but that can also mean overpacking from a weight standpoint. So much better than boxes.

The media could not be loaded.  When I first open them I was suspicious because they were folded up and very tiny but then once I began to pack things in them I noticed it was great. You can only use clothes but you can put other things in them as well I recommend this highly for people moving or wanting to organize their life. I used to declutter my room and declutter my life.

Update: Customer Service was extremely responsive and replaced the original set, so I have added two stars to my original review. There was a slight delay in receiving the replacement set due to a temporary out of stock situation and a delay in my response to them since I was moving 2 kiddos to college. I believe the situation I had was an isolated event. The replacement set still had a slight smell just as a tarp would.I have bought similar storage bags before. They had a strange smell when I first opened them so I have not been able to check true storage capacity. I bought these bags in June to get ready to move my son into the dorm. When I opened the package today in the first days of August, I saw pieces of fabric. I later discovered that one of the bags appears to have been chewed on and more fabric & at least one tiny animal dropping were in the one bag. The strange thing is that the clear plastic bag that all 4 bags came in was not opened nor did it have a hole in it. I did not open the bags until now since we are just getting ready to pack up his stuff & I have missed the return window. If you do buy this product, please check each bag and let them “air out” as soon as you get them. They look like very nice bags so I am disappointed they will not work for us.

These are very nice bags with good fabric and great carry straps. Not a loose thread anywhere. The zippers could be a little tougher, but they work without catching things in the bag very well. I also like the color appearing more like a subdued grey. The straps are sewn on well and 20 lbs of clothes is no problem in this bag. These are simply great bags.
